1. Car Passion Events: de organisator gevestigd te Maastricht, Nederland.
2. Deelnemer: de natuurlijke of rechtspersoon die zich via de website inschrijft voor een evenement van Car Passion Events;
3. Partijen: Car Passion Events en de deelnemer gezamenlijk;
4. Overeenkomst: de online / fysieke overeenkomst tussen partijen met betrekking tot een evenement;
5. Evenement: elke activiteit georganiseerd door Car Passion Events;
6. Voertuig: een voertuig dat deelneemt aan het evenement;
7. Beeldmateriaal: foto's, video's en ander visueel materiaal of media;
8. Website: de website behorende bij de domeinnaam of subdomeinen
9. Algemene voorwaarden: deze algemene voorwaarden van Car Passion Events

1. Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle rechtsbetrekkingen tussen de deelnemer en Car Passion Events.
2. Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn tevens van toepassing op alle overeenkomsten waarbij onderaannemers van Car Passion Events betrokken zijn voor de uitvoering.
3. Indien een bepaling van deze algemene voorwaarden nietig is of vernietigd wordt, blijven de overige bepalingen onverminderd van kracht en zal de nietige of vernietigde bepaling(en) van deze algemene voorwaarden worden vervangen door een nieuwe, wettelijk toelaatbare bepaling(en) waarbij zoveel mogelijk rekening wordt gehouden met het doel en de strekking van de nietige of vernietigde bepaling(en).

1. De deelnemer kan zich uitsluitend geldig inschrijven via de website. De deelnemer dient correcte en volledige informatie te verstrekken en de algemene voorwaarden te lezen en elektronisch te bevestigen.
2. Een deelnemer of bestuurder dient de leeftijd van 18 jaar te hebben bereikt om zich te kunnen inschrijven voor een evenement.
3. Er geldt geen leeftijdseis voor passagiers en kinderen.
4. De deelnemer verklaart dat alle informatie die hij/zij aan Car Passion Events verstrekt of heeft verstrekt ten tijde van de inschrijving of op enig ander moment, waar, nauwkeurig, actueel en volledig is. De deelnemer verbindt zich ertoe, indien nodig, wijzigingen met betrekking tot de gegevens aan Car Passion Events door te geven, zodat de deelnemer garandeert dat de gegevens waar, nauwkeurig en volledig blijven. Car Passion Events is niet verplicht een gericht onderzoek te doen naar de juistheid en volledigheid van de door de deelnemer verstrekte informatie.
5. Car Passion Events is gerechtigd de inschrijving te weigeren. Car Passion Events maakt de weigering binnen 10 werkdagen aan de deelnemer kenbaar.
6. De overeenkomst komt tot stand op de dag dat de deelname van de deelnemer door de organisatie wordt goedgekeurd.

1. Car Passion Events kan voor elk evenement aanvullende activiteiten aanbieden, die al dan niet in de basisprijs zijn inbegrepen, afhankelijk van het geval.
2. Voor elke aanvullende activiteit wordt een nauwkeurige en volledige omschrijving van de aanvullende activiteit gegeven, en (indien van toepassing) de prijs, indien de aanvullende activiteit niet in de basisprijs is inbegrepen.
3. Car Passion Events has the right, without being obliged to pay any compensation, to cancel or change these additional activities in case of force majeure, bad weather conditions or lack of sufficient availability.

1. Car Passion Events is entitled to provide all notifications by e-mail or by regular mail to the participant.
2. The participant will be informed of events by e-mail.
3. When booking an event, the participant will automatically receive an e-mail with the upcoming events. The participant can unsubscribe from this if he wishes.

1. The participant can dissolve the agreement with Car Passion Events during a reflection period of 14 days without motivation or any compensation.
2. The withdrawal period runs from the moment Car Passion Events has received the deposit or full payment.
3. In case of withdrawal within the 14 day period, Car Passion Events is obliged to refund the (possibly) already paid deposit.
4. The right of withdrawal can be invoked up to 31 days before the start of the event. Due to the costs incurred in the preparation, free cancellation right before the event is not possible.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 The events are not a race or a competition or a timed-event. 1.2 You must not compete in any manner with other participants. You must not place any bets of any kind in relation to the Rally. You must drive safely in accordance with all road laws in each country and with proper courtesy to all other participants and members of the public. In particular, you must not drive recklessly. If you are seen driving recklessly or otherwise not in compliance with all applicable laws by the organiser, its employees, nominees or other participants you will be removed and prohibited from taking any further part in the event.
2. Car Passion Events organizes each event to the best of its knowledge and ability, and in accordance with the requirements of good professional practice. Car Passion Events's commitment is therefore a best efforts commitment.
3. Car Passion Events is free to transfer or outsource the execution of the agreement in whole or in part to one or more third parties.
4. Car Passion Events reserves the right to make changes to the schedule of an event in case of unforeseen circumstances. This also applies to the booked hotels, if these hotels are not or insufficiently available due to circumstances beyond the control of Car Passion Events. In that case Car Passion Events will offer a comparable alternative.

1. The participant undertakes to comply with all relevant and applicable legal rules and to always act with due care.
2. Participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations - such as speed rules, traffic rules, safety rules, vehicle registration rules, driving license rules, insurance obligation rules, and alcohol, drug keeping rules. and other narcotics â € “of the country concerned.
3. The participant gives Car Passion Events explicit permission to provide personal information of the participant to third parties if in Car Passion Events's opinion this is necessary for the execution of the agreement.
4. The participant must be fully authorized to drive during the event and is required to carry a valid vehicle registration.
5. The participant is obliged to properly insure the vehicle and himself. A proper insurance policy is in any case understood to mean:

7. Insurance for personal injury and / or death;
8. Health insurance;
9. Insurance with regard to damage to property and third parties.
10. The participant must carry the insurance papers for the aforementioned insurance policies with him during the event.

• There are no requirements for the year of construction, age and value of the car
• The car must meet all legal requirements in all countries
• The car must have a valid MOT
• The car must have at least a legal liability insurance and is obliged to inform the insurer of the vehicle of participation in the event by Car Passion Events
• The car may not be equipped with flashing lights, sirens and / or other attachments
• It is not allowed to participate with motorcycles
• You are not allowed to participate in cars with a maximum permissible weight of more than 3500 kg
• Trailers and / or caravans are not allowed.

1. The participant is obliged to follow directions and / or instructions given by Car Passion Events.
2. The participant must guard the safety of others and himself during the event. As soon as the competitor's driving ability - for example due to illness, lack of sufficient rest, medication and / or the influence of narcotics - decreases, the participant is not allowed to drive any vehicle during the event.
3. The participant is not allowed to bring (hard) drugs, alcoholic drinks, fireworks, (fire) weapons or other dangerous objects or to carry them with him during the event. The participant is also not allowed to drive a vehicle during the event while under the influence of (hard) drugs or other narcotics and / or alcoholic drinks.
4. The participant is not allowed to compete during the event - for example with regard to speed - with another participant
5. The participant is not allowed to place bets - in any form - with other participants or visitors.

Placement of the Car Passion Events sticker package is not mandatory for every participant, but it is appreciated. The participant gives Car Passion Events permission to place the sticker package on his vehicle. Car Passion Events is not liable for damage that (possibly) ensues from the application and / or removal of the stickers.

1. Car Passion Events is entitled to have (parts of) the event and the participant recorded on image carriers and to reproduce and publish this image material as well as to grant third parties permission to such reproduction and / or publication. Car Passion Events also reserves the right to adjust the visual material and / or to name names or to use sound in the visual material, without the participant being able to invoke his privacy or similar rights.
2. The participant is only entitled to have (parts of) the event recorded on image carriers for personal and non-commercial purposes. Unless Car Passion Events has given prior written permission, the participant is not authorized to place visual material of the event on a website, printed matter and / or television program.
3. The participant transfers his industrial and intellectual property, such as copyrights, on visual material to Car Passion Events without any further transfer being required and without the participant being entitled to compensation for this.

1. The participant bears the risk during the event for lost, stolen and / or damaged goods or vehicles, as well as accidents, injuries and / or other calamities.
2. The participant is responsible for the items that he carries with him during the event or for the items in the vehicle. Theft cannot be recovered from Car Passion Events.
3. The participant is aware of and accepts the fact that Car Passion Events cannot and will not bear any responsibility for the possible damage to the particant’s car, third parties or any acccident which occur during an event.
4. The participant is aware of and accepts the fact that Car Passion Events cannot and will not bear any responsibility for the possible loss, theft or damage of goods that the participant brings to this event.
5. Car Passion Events is therefore in no way liable for damage / injury to participants, cars and / or third parties on the public road, private domains, car parks or any where else, before, during and / or after the event.

If the participant violates any provision of these general terms and conditions, Car Passion Events is entitled to refuse the participant access to the event and to have the participant removed from the event. The participant fully bears the risk for any damage resulting from the violation of any provision of these general terms and conditions. The participant indemnifies Car Passion Events against damage and Car Passion Events is entitled to charge the relevant damage to the participant.

Car Passion Events has, without prejudice to its statutory powers to dissolve and suspend, the right to unilaterally dissolve the agreement in whole or in part with immediate effectand / or to suspend the implementation of its obligations arising from the agreement in whole or in part with immediate effect, if one of the following events occurs:

1. The participant acts in violation of statutory regulations or provisions;
2. The participant acts contrary to the general terms and conditions;
3. A seizure has been levied against the participant;
4. The participant is placed under guardianship or administration;
5. The participant loses the power of disposition or legal capacity with regard to his assets or parts thereof.

The participant is obliged to immediately notify Car Passion Events of the occurrence of an event referred to under “c” up to and including “e”. In case of dissolution, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the deposit or full payment already paid.

If you decide to cancel your participation, we will charge you cancellation costs. These costs are passed on according to the schedule below.

• Up to 6 months before the start of the event: 30% of the total amount.
• Up to 5 months before the start of the event: 60% of the total amount.
• Up to 4 months before the start of the event: 70% of the total amount.
• Up to 3 months before the start of the event: 85% of the total amount
• From 3 months or less before the start of the event, all no-shows and cancellations will be charged for 100%.
• Cancellation of participation is only possible in writing.

In case of a new lockdown due to Covid-19, the event will be postponed to the next suitable date.

• The amount already paid remains valid in case of postponement.
• The new date will be chosen together with the registered participants.
• If the new date is not suitable for you and you have to cancel, we will search for a fitted solution together such as partial or full refund.
• Partial refund is possible if the cancellation is notified in time and depends on the cancellation date, different per hotel. Partial refund will be reviewed for each hotel so he/she will receive the maximum possible refund.
• Full refund is only possible if there is a replacing participant on the new date.
• In case we receive a new registration, we will refund the full amount, provided that we have filled up our number of booked rooms again.
• The participant is free to provide a substitute / replacement himself.
• Cancellation of participation is only possible in writing.

1. After the agreement has been concluded, the participant will receive an explanation from Car Passion Events by e-mail regarding the event for which the participant has registered.
2. The participant must pay in advance by banktransfer to participate.

Car Passion Events reserves all rights to intellectual property with regard to products / services, including (part of) the roadbook, posters, flyers and or other material produced by Car Passion Events which it uses or has used and / or develops as part of the organized event.

1. Car Passion Events is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the participant if he is prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance that is not attributable to fault, and neither under the law, a legal act or generally accepted beliefs for its account. coming.
2. In these general terms and conditions, force majeure is understood to mean, in addition to what is understood in this regard in law and jurisprudence, all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, Car Passion Events cannot exert influence, but as a result of which Car Passion Events is unable to fulfill its obligations.

The participant accepts the following guidelines:

• Following the instructions and guidelines given by the organizers at any time during the event, the latter have the right and the possibility to exclude me from the further course of this event, should I behave recklessly and dangerously with the vehicle driven on public roads or any terrain by me.
• Wearing seat belts at all times
• The participant is aware of and accepts the fact that Car Passion Events cannot and will not bear any responsibility for the possible damage to the particant’s car, third parties or any acccident which occur during an event.
• The participant is aware of and accepts the fact that Car Passion Events cannot and will not bear any responsibility for the possible loss, theft or damage of goods that the participant brings to this event.
• Car Passion Events is therefore in no way liable for damage / injury to participants, cars and / or third parties on the public road, private domains, car parks or any where else, before, during and / or after the event.
